Does Business Sustainability Affect NDIS & Social Impact?

In collaboration with the Connect Collaborative, we are holding our third NDIS Panel Discussion on Friday 12th of August.  This event is for anyone interested in making an impact specifically in the NDIS and Aged Care sectors. Discussion topics:
  • Team Dynamics in the workplace and how to support our leaders
  • Burnout; Time & Effort in dealing with NDIS and how this takes us away from supporting NDIS families and participants
  • How do we thrive to continue delivering services to more people?
  • Sustainable business models and what to measure to support decision making.

RACHEL RALPH Mercy Community Services Previously Registered nurse working in Acute Neurosciences with rehab and palliative experience. Guest lecturer on nursing the neurosurgical patient and a move towards rehabilitation. Current Team Leader providing support to adults and children with disability.
